iswain.dev offers AI tools, software demos, and custom development services. Payment and project terms provided in individual proposals/contracts.
All payments are final. Refunds available within 7 days for undelivered digital products, at my sole discretion. No refunds after delivery or use.
Purchases grant a non-exclusive license for internal business use. Source code ownership transfers upon full payment.
Services and tools provided "as-is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness, uptime, or accuracy. AI outputs may contain errors — review before use.
Total liability limited to purchase amount paid. No responsibility for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Do not reverse-engineer, resell, redistribute, or use for illegal purposes. Access may be suspended for violations.
Tools may use APIs, hosting (Render), or libraries. Not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or pricing.
Tools/demos may be updated or discontinued. No refunds for changes. Terms may be updated with notice.
Governed by laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Disputes in Loudoun County Circuit Court or federal courts in the Eastern District of Virginia.
